This is Praktis PMS running as the production system for a real single-practice client: patient records, appointment booking with a self-service portal, billing and invoicing, and staff workflows, all self-hosted so the practice keeps full ownership of its data.
The portal lets patients book, cancel, and manage dependents themselves, with server-side enforcement of booking policy and working hours rather than UI-only rules. POPIA is built in end-to-end — retention sweeps, data export on request, and consent tracking — deployed via Docker Compose on a dedicated VPS with automated nightly backups.
